Evolution of the Sunburst Award Design
The first Sunburst Award design, pictured below, was used for the 2001 award only.
Medallions bearing the second Sunburst Award design were presented to the winners from 2002 to 2006.
The third Sunburst Award design was presented from 2007 on.
The fourth Sunburst Award design is the one currently in use. This medallion will be presented from 2012 on.
